Established in 1981 by a family from the Punjab region of India, the restaurant has long been a destination choice for Indian food lovers. Specializing in North Indian Cuisine, the Punjab restaurant is famous for their authentic curry, tandoori dishes and freshly baked breads. To provide you with a ‘taste worth travelling for’ we source all of our meats, seafood and vegetables from selected regions around Australia and the world. We only serve ‘free range’ chicken that comes from Mount Barker in the South West of Western Australia. We order the tastiest, prime cut beef and lamb from the lush green pastured areas of our South West. Our juicy Tiger Prawns are a sizable 21/25 grade and are sourced from all over Australia. Our Kingclip Fish (which is the perfect texture for curries), is imported from New Zealand.
All of our dishes are enhanced with our secret spice recipe. We source ingredients from all over the Indian sub-continent and hand mix the perfect spice combination in our kitchen. We use an Indian charcoal fired tandoor to bake our breads, ensuring our diners receive soft, perfectly baked bread every time.
